How to request deletion (in the app)
- Open the ParkLife! app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After you confirm, we begin deleting your account and associated data as described below.
Alternate method (email)
If you can’t access the app, email
natashasconnections@gmail.com
from the address on your account. Include your full name and write “Delete my ParkLife account”.
We’ll verify ownership and process the request.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, photo, car size, availability, parking spot details)
- Matches / swap requests
- Messages and in-app notifications
- Push notification tokens
What may be retained temporarily
- System logs and audit records for up to 90 days (fraud/abuse prevention)
- Automated backups for up to 30 days
- Any data we must retain to comply with law
Timing
In-app deletions usually complete within minutes; backups/logs expire within the periods above. Email
requests are acknowledged within 7 days.
